Personal weight loss recipe that really works

Without a drastic diet

No special expensive foods

First you need a strong plan that you want to lose weight! is the most important thing !!!!!

Normally you have to eat 3 times a day and most important thing is to not eat after 18 at night

Morning all want to eat ... is well .. just stay away from fried foods and pork

But remember ... only eat two slices of thin bread, so as to eat bread  2 slices thin .. like small amount of food is not it?

No more than 2 slices bread to eat and eat as little as you can

At the beginning it will be difficult but with time ... say a week you have not already going to need more food

This is the diet and works for sure because i test it on my self !!

Eat less bread and less food to lose weight .. and can not be otherwise ... unless you are sick!

No drugs no nothing special, just a strong desire to lose weight !!!!!!

Tip: fill your time with something ...not TV is very important !

You can try to play computer games, surf the internet to read stuff for you 

Or start making something ..like money ?
