Representative Democrat of New York recognizes that the obscene photo was posted by him on Twitter
Representative Democrat of New York (north-eastern United States), Anthony Weiner, admitted Monday in a press conference that sent him on Twitter obsene photos of women he has met online, but added that will resign.
Congressman, who was raised Monday in a hotel in New York with the strangled voice, said he sent a close-up of him in underwear, an act which he described as a "joke."
But "when I realized that I posted (pictured) on Twitter, I panicked and I withdrew it, saying that my account was broken," said Weiner.
"Subsequently, I supported this version and was a huge mistake," he said, alluding to several statements to the press last week claimed that if piracy account.
But Weiner added: "I will not resign. I made it clear that I will take responsibility" in this case.

Congressman, who is considered one of Democrats' hopes for the upcoming municipal elections for mayor in New York City, said later that he had "several inappropriate conversations on Twitter, Facebook, e-mail and occasionally by telephone with women encountered online.
Weiner has repeatedly apologized to his wife who, he said, did not find this version of the facts than "this morning (Monday). He added that this "unhappy" as the House Democratic minority leader, Nancy Pelosi, with whom he discussed before the press conference.
After the conference, Pelosi issued a statement calling for an investigation to determine whether Wiener violated ethics rules in force in the House of Representatives.
