The Witcher 2 How to Reset Skills in Chapter 3 Tutorial

In this Tutorial i will show how to reset the skill tree but you must have this quest active.

To make active talk with "weapons master" with hat like musketeers if you dont go to him this quest is not active and i think is connected with a quest from chapter 2 with a book or something i am not preaty sure..anyway i dont need to reset my skill but maybe you want to go on magic or something or for test/fun...Enjoy and Good Luck !
