Samsung not gonna produce HDD`s anymore !

Samsung HDDs have always offered a quality vs price excellent, often exceeding that of the competition. But despite this, Samsung wants to stop HDD division to focus on SSDs. And not only that, but it seems that one will put up for sale quite cheap.

The sale price will be somewhere around $ 1.5 billion, well below the $ 4.3 billion paid by Western Digital for Hitachi. 

And those are the ones most interested in buying from Seagate. Hope Samsung change his mind, that this decision will deprive us of quality HDDs and diminish competition in this market segment.
