FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile) requested the Formula One start on putting up a championship to participate electric race cars. Electric car development process has already begun.
Jean Todt, president of the FIA, told FinancialTimes that this initiative is to arouse public interest in electric cars. Rally car will be like and will watch one place. The first season of racing could take place even in 2013 and will be intended to be global.
