Patriot Pyro SATA III SSD

SSD market is developing rapidly. More and more manufacturers of memory SSDs announced in November. Patriot announced a new range of super-fast SSD. These are called Pyro and have read and write speeds very good. Prices and validity have not been announced officially yet.

Patriot uses SandForce SF-2281 controller which allows the series to reach Pyro write speeds up to 515 MB / s read and up to 550 MB / s. SSDs use SATA 3.0 (SATA 6 Gbit / s) and come in 2.5 inch size.

As storage capacity there will be three models: 60 GB, 120 GB and 240 GB. 120 GB version will cost around $ 210 (rumor). Patriot offers three years warranty SSD's.
