In a world dominated by SSDs controllers SandForce Samsung willfully make their own models, inferior in terms of performance, but probably cheaper. Latest these SSDs are part of the PM830 series, and offers capacities of 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB respectively.
All are made with the 20 nm MLC flash memory, the architecture toggle DDR, SATA interfara have a 600, and achieve read speeds of 500 MB / sec write and 350 MB / sec. And security is ensured by AES 256-bit encryption. These SSDs are made of 2.5 "and are demanding for notebooks and tablet-sized, but not only.
Prices were not announced. But i am sure of one thing , i cannot afford this baby.
