Windows 7 does not recognize my HDD

I recently purchased a PC and everything runs great.

I was more than a HDD with various important files on it a 640 GB Samsung

I plugged in my PC and it does not recognize the Device Manager. I looked a second time on cable, I put so well but I do not recognize the HDD ...

Does anyone have any suggestion? Any entry in the BIOS would help? (To take into account that already was a HDD that was installed inside bone

HDD: Samsung 500GB
