Nokia has a negative profit in second quarter

Nokia said yesterday that earn more than the traditional phones in smartphones. Well, this thing is relative to earnings. Nokia today released second quarter financial report on the year. The company recorded losses of 487 million euros.

Although mobile devices sold in the amount of 9.275 billion euros, Nokia has dropped by 7% over the same period last year and 11% from first quarter of 2011. Smartphone sales fell 33% from the first quarter and traditional phone sales by 18%.
