Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

According to the official website ESEA, Valve Software will be announced later today a new version of popular multiplayer first-person shooter Counter-Strike, 

Counter-Strike entitled: Global Offensive.

This will be based on an enhanced version of Source engine's and will include new weapons and grenades, changes to some of the maps known, a system of matchmaking and online rankings for players and teams, and ammo will be free.

Preliminary launch date has been set for Q1 2012.
