.Hello dear Dishonored player.You like the stealth mode ? then maybe you need some help to get through the quarantine wall more easily? Primary Tasks is : Get through the quarantine wall and out of the Flooded District ! Well i will tell you straight , open your powers menu with wheel mouse and select and equip the hearth and look on top of building from left , and go there, take rune then wait for plague wagon , jump on wagon then when you are near gate jump with blink on left side to gas lamp and rest is easy.
